The recipe came from our late Mama Susing, and we have been frying it for more than 30 years. Every batch is made fresh that day, together with our fresh lumpia.

Choose any dish from our menu by the tray. Small serves 5 to 6, medium 8 to 12, large 16 to 20, with no minimum order.

It started with snacks for Cebu offices
Ma. Lina began by selling snack items to offices and catering small office functions. Birthdays, house blessings and weddings followed, then larger corporate and government events.
